Animal Alley Adventure

This full day tour consists of visiting various animal sanctuaries in Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. Get your wildlife fix with a visit to the Elephant Sanctuary in the Crags, Monkeyland, Birds of Eden and a visit to the Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary. Lunch for your own account will be at the local Peppermill Cafe in the Crags.

A Crags Wine Excursion

A Crags Wine Excursion is a wine tasting experience that explores the wonderful Boutique, family-owned wine estates in and around Plettenberg Bay. On this wine tasting tour we explore 3 of the wine farms, tasting various wines & bubbly in the area and enjoy a delicious light lunch.

About Plettenberg Bay

Plettenberg Bay known locally as Plett, is a seaside town on the Garden Route in South Africa’s Western Cape Province.

Plett is well known for a variety of beautiful spacious beaches such as the Look Out and Central beaches. To the south, Robberg Nature Reserve is a rocky peninsula with a variety of hiking trails. To the northeast is what is known as Animal Alley, comprising Birds of Eden, a free-flight bird sanctuary as well as Monkeyland, Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary and the Elephant Sanctuary at the Crags. Plett has recently been named as a Whale Heritage Site, where whale and dolphin watching is available during the migration season. It also has lagoons and estuaries, towering indigenous forests and unpolluted rivers, vineyards and wine estates.

Plettenberg Bay has a lot to offer, from leisure to adrenaline-filled fun & activities, including swimming with seals and absailing at the Robberg Peninsula. 

In addition to its natural attractions, Plett offers a range of cultural and culinary experiences. The town features an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes, and bars, serving up a variety of cuisines from traditional South African dishes to international delights. There are also art galleries and craft markets where visitors can explore and appreciate the local talent.
