A Crags Wine Excursion is a wine tasting experience that explores the wonderful Boutique, family-owned wine estates in and around Plettenberg Bay. On this wine tasting tour we explore 3 of the wine farms, tasting various wines & bubbly in the area and enjoy a delicious light lunch.

We stop at the following Wine Farms:
Newstead Wines
"Exceptional Style, Extraordinary Wines" these words define what you can expect when visiting Newstead Lund Family Vineyards. After their first harvest in 2012, and with their meticulous vineyards and prioritizing quality over quantity, Newstead produces award-winning MCC bubblies and wines.
Kay and Monty
The wines currently produced include award winning Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Their signature “Champu” MCC is the cherry on the cake. The modern glass and chrome restaurant and tasting room has panoramic views of the vineyards, a rippling farm dam and beautiful horse fields full of retired and active polo ponies. A great place for a picnic, romantic getaway or a lively lunch with good friends. The food is beautifully prepared, fresh and full of flavour. The wine will blow your socks off.
This will be the venue for your light lunch stop.
Luka Vineyard
Luka is a boutique wine farm near Plettenberg Bay with beautiful views over the adjoining Knysna Elephant Park and the distant Outeniqua Mountains.
Optional visit to the nearby Knysna Elephant Park is possible upon request.
